Water Activity Analyzers

HygroPalm AW (HP23-AW) is a manual version for connecting one removable interchangeable water activity probe, with the AwQuick quick measurement function.

Water activity probes for laboratory measurements and express analysis

Purpose: the probes are designed for the primary conversion of the measured value of humidity and temperature into digital and analog signals for transmission to the hygrometer measuring unit.

HC2-AW is a laboratory probe for measuring the water activity of the feedstock of liquid, raw, viscous, bulk ingredients, as well as the finished product, the product after baking or defrosting. It has a steel mesh filter to protect the sensor from negative influences. It is recommended for use together with the manual sealing mechanism AW-KHS.
